I’m not where I want to be. But that’s ok. Each day that I choose to work out. Each day I choose a healthier food option. Each day that I commit to pushing myself to do better. All of these help me reach my goals. You won’t transform in a day. But if you take it one day at a time, you will find yourself looking back in one month or one year and realize that you have transformed in so many ways that you don’t often see on a day-by-day basis. So my victory today is my improvement in cardio. My ability to push myself harder than I did when I started this program. I’m not where I want to be, but I am so much further along than I was even one month ago. 👊

Smiling to be back running, but I bitched out of going for a run today because I was too tired. Feel like shit now for it. . A few months ago I would’ve had to be lying down dead to have missed a run and now I’m skipping one because I’m a bit “tired”. . I find it hard to stick to plans and trainings if I don’t have a goal in mind, so I need to find a goal , even a small one would help me stick to it my training. . This is the same everyone, if you’re lacking motivation and adherence then you should set yourself a goal, a run, a powerlifting meet, photoshoot, holiday, things like this will help you stick to your plan and will keep you motivated and accountable on the days you don’t want to train.
