Ser consciente de lo que comemos define nuestro camino, por eso si comes impecable en la semana pero de viernes a domingo no tienes control aumentas de peso!!! Comidas altas en calorías sin límite hacen que lleguemos fácilmente a esas 7000Kcal extras semanalmente!!! El viernes MARIA comió así: 1. Desayuna: tostadas con jamón y queso = 250-300Kcal 2. Media mañana: 1 chocolate = 540kcal 3. Almuerzo = pizza individual 600 Kcal 4. Merienda: galletitas avena 100g aprox 400kcal 5. Cena: hamburguesa + papas fritas = 800Kcal TOTAL: 2640 Kcal!!! Pero María debería comer 1700 al día, y solo hoy se extralimitó en 940 Entonces si, cada detalle cuenta y hoy somos el resultado de años sumando o restando (depende de cada quien) pero lo más importante es que nunca es tarde para empezar a restar si es tu caso, y no va en si crees que eres gordo o delgado, esto es salud, y aunque por fuera no se vea siempre como estamos por dentro, también cuenta y ahí nuestras elecciones marcan la diferencia!!!! ¿Como quieres empezar tu día mañana?
