INGREDIENTS 3 Cups Almond Flour ¾ Cup Swerve Sweetener 4 Tbsp Butter 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract ¼ Tsp Pink Himilayan Salt 3 Oz Cream Cheese (full Fat) 1 Egg White 24 Servings (Serving Size 1, 2” Cookie) 92 Calories* 1 Net Carbs* *These are Approximate quantities. This will vary depending on ingredients used. Directions Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheet with Parchment Paper In a large bowl blend butter, cream cheese and sweetener with a hand mixer until fluffy. Mix in the vanilla extract, salt and egg white. Mix in ½ a cup of Almond Flour at a time until it is all blended together. Scoop 1 ½ Tbsp of cookie mixture and shape into a small ball. Place on the cookie sheet and flatten with your palm. Bake for approximately 15 mins or until edges are lightly golden. It wasn't easy. I worked hard to get here. To the place where I consider shoveling snow a bonus workout for the day and still come home to my normal Monday workout. I finished with over 18,500 steps in for the day and I feel great! I feel like I have really accomplished something 'real' for myself. If you don’t enjoy what you are eating, there is really no way you are going to stick to that way of eating long term. One of the biggest reasons I was able to lose the weight and keep it off was because I have focused my diet around food I enjoy while eating the right amount of calories for my body. Here are a few actionable steps you can take to do the same. 😊Learn how many calories are in the foods you like. Take some time and look them up. A fitness app will come in handy for this. 😉Start playing around with those foods to balance filling foods with foods just for flavor. An example of this would be I can enjoy a slice of pizza and pair it with a huge salad with my favorite light Italian dressing! 😊Start tracking your eating and continue to try new recipes and foods that will keep you at your calorie goal or in your calorie range. 😁When you make a not so stellar choice, get over it. You aren’t perfect! Just get back on track at the next meal!!!! You can totally do this. If you are really serious, reach out to me. I have just a few coaching spots left!! It’s your time! Well, time spent out in the snow always calls for homemade hot chocolate, so this made all that shoveling today worth it! Obesity isn’t hereditary. I get it! It is nice to think that it’s in your “genes”, and has nothing to do with habits. In all honesty, it is extremely rare to find a case where hereditary has played a significant part in obesity. And just because “your mama was fat,” doesn’t mean you should be! The fact is that there is one thing that all successful women in weight loss have done. They have taken responsibility. I am not talking about jumping on another diet. I am talking about having accountability with yourself. Learning to trust yourself, and understanding and reaffirming the right decisions you make. Knowing your body, mind, and soul to create your dream body. Starting on the inside to create better habits. I dare you to find one successful woman hasn’t done this. You can’t because they don’t exist! The reality is that placing blame on your “genes” is only going to lead to life threatening illnesses. Don’t you want to be around and healthy, for as long as you possibly can for your children and grandchildren? Staying where you are at is only going to manifest more illness, unhappiness, and isolation.
