Oftmals erreichen sie ihr Ziel jedoch nicht. Im Gegenteil sogar. Durch das Training mit Gewichten sind sie sogar häufiger von Schmerzen oder Verletzungen geplagt. Aber warum!? ---------------------------------------------------------- Der Golfschwung ist eine einseitige Belastung für den Körper, so dass muskuläre Dysbalancen entstehen können, und mit keinem gezieltem Training auch entstehen werden. Bei muskulären Dysbalancen wird der Körper immer wieder Kompensationsbewegungen, welche den Körper über eine kurze Zeit vor Schmerzen sowie Verletzungen schützen können, durchführen. ---------------------------------------------------------- Wird gleichzeitig ohne professionelle Betreuung mit Gewichten weiter trainiert und damit die Dysbalance stärker ausgeprägt, wird das individuelle Kompensationspotenzial des Körpers schneller erschöpft. Die Folgen sind Schmerzen und Verletzungen! ---------------------------------------------------------- Gerade als Golfer sollte es dir deshalb nicht egal sein, wie du trainierst! #tbt I took this picture the day I started this account! This was supposed to be the starting point to my bulk, but honestly I’m not satisfied with my current physique. - I feel like I could cut a bit longer as to see more definition. I haven’t been under 175lb in a long time...currently 5’11 (6ft on a good day!) at 175ish. People always tell me I’m light for my height and I agree...but I want to dig deeper without losing much more mass which I know is difficult. - My current goal is to get down to 168 by the end of November to satiate my appetite for being more lean, maintain for a bit, then do an 18 week bulk to build up a bit more mass. - I’m never one to put my goals out into the Universe...I feel like if no one hears me set them, then if I fail it won’t sting as bad. But there you go Universe. - Luke: “I don’t believe it...” Yoda: “That...is why you fail.” - Let’s fucking get it Troopers. 💪
