#Repost @change_begins_with_you with @make_repost ・・・ Easy-Peasy 3-Ingredient Recipes!👩🏻‍🍳 *Swipe to see all five recipes + below for details☺️xx ⠀ ⠀ 🥞2 Ingredient PANCAKES🍌 1 ripe banana + 2 eggs, mash banana and whisk the eggs together. Pour them into a hot pan and cook til golden. ⠀ ⠀ 🌶🥪PEPPER SANDWICH An all time favorites - the best part is, no soggy bread when you pack it ahead of time 🙌🏻 You will need: pepper, 1 can tuna, mayo, lettuce, onion, s&p. Instructions: Cut pepper and empty seeds. Add mayo, salt, and pepper to tuna and mix well. Place mixture in pepper. Add spinach and onion. Close + Enjoy! ⠀ ⠀ 🥚🍅BREAKFAST ON THE GO🏃🏻‍♀️ This is a great combination of fat, protein, and fiber, making it an eggtastic quick breakfast option. You will need: 2 Roma tomatoes, eggs, s&p. Instructions: Slice tomato and empty. Cut eggs in half longways + place inside tomato. Season. ⠀ ⠀ 🌰🍫HOMEMADE NUTELLA😍 Spread it on toast or use it in baking! You will need: 2 cups hazelnuts, 1/2 cup cacao powder, 1/3 cup maple syrup, 1/2 cup milk of choice. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend on high until a smooth mix starts to form. Refrigerate for up to 10 days. Enjoy! ⠀ ⠀ 🍈🧀CRISY CHEESY BUTTERNUT SQUASH Bake squash for approximately 25 minutes until squash has softened. Scoop seeds from the centre. Shred with a fork to create a spaghetti-like consistency. Top with whatever you prefer! This topping uses using traditional tomato sauce, chicken, and vegetables. One thing that I have learned is that you can’t be scared of what other people think of you. You put hard work & dedication just to go to the gym or do what you are doing just for someone to say “your skinny” “your not strong” “your weak”.... - ☀️Story time: I was at the gym with my boyfriend, I was spotting him with the bench & he was benching 185lbs. This guy says, “wow I’m surprised you trust her spotting you for how small she is” - First off B*TCH, YES I am a small person, I don’t weight a lot but I CAN lift heavy bc I have given myself discipline & forced myself to lift heavy so I can reach my goals etc etc. My boyfriend said to the guy, “she’s actually pretty strong her max is 95lbs”. He didn’t care... he basically just wanted to come over to us just to tell us he can bench 400lbs....which is great! But not the point - Moral of the story, he basically wanted to put me down to make himself feel better about lifting 400 lbs or bc he was a heavier guy & saw 2 fit people it would help his self esteem which is the wrong type when your putting people down - Point being, It bothered me bc I have worked hard & this guy just says that so yes I was hurt, he didn’t even know me. But you can’t let people bring you down no matter how big or small or what they say. We ALL have goals to accomplish & silly little words are not gonna break us bc we worked hard, pushed our self to a point of no return, & dedicated so much time in the gym, at home, outside training wherever just to let someone walk up to you, say something rude, & walk away without having a point of the conversation. - Go to the gym, fuck that shit up, & DON’T EVER let someone ruin your mood, or belittle you for your size, what you are wearing, or who your working out with. Remember that... & remember where you stand with your goals👊🏼

A little snippet from my recent appearance on American TV last week, that raises some important points. We are without doubt in a time where there is mass confusion about nutrition and in a time awash with myths. So many headlines, opinions, and about turns. The thing is, when we look at the LARGE bodies of evidence that we have, the messaging is pretty consistent. Build your diet around whole foods and cut the refined crap. Done. But it is very easy to get pulled off course by headlines sometimes designed to confuse us. At times of course we have people who are cashing in on the obvious commercial opportunity that exists, in less than honest ways, and this can steer headlines and beliefs big time! . Nearly every time someone in this Nutrition field posts or publishes anything, there will always be the battalion of the self righteous who will come out with “Oh ACTUALLY I think you’ll find that Sprocket & Spanner found in their study of 3 ferrets and a cockatoo, that arsenic in fact makes your giblets grow and is perfectly safe”. Clearly I’m being daftly facetious here but if you listen to every tiny snippet of information or every ‘new study’ reported, you will be completely unable to draw conclusions. These small studies are fascinating and help to guide and develop further research, but solid conclusions they do not make. . I know I have gone on a bit here but the point is, the biggest body of evidence is clear, and with all the new headlines, industry sponsored studies and PR, its easy to get lost.
