Uma inspiração para #segundasemcarne 🌱 Faz e me conta o que achou ! 😉 🌿 Risoto de aspargo Ingredientes: 2 xíc de arroz arbóreo 1 maço de aspargo fresco 1 cebola grande picada 3 CS de azeite 1/4 de xic de vinho branco seco 1 CS bem cheia de manteiga (eu usei ghee, devido a intolerância à lactose) 3 xíc de caldo de legumes caseiro. 1/2 xic de queijo parmesão ralado Sal, açafrão, mix de pimenta e amor ! 💚 Preparo: 1- Grelhar os aspargos com 1 CS de azeite , sal e pimenta. 2- Enquanto isso prepare o caldo de legumes ↙ Corte em cubos: 1 cenoura, 3 batatas calabresas, 1/2 chuchu grande, 1/2 abobrinha italiana grande. Coloque-os em para cozinhar em água (4 xíc) com acafrão e mix de pimenta. 3- Doure a cebola com 2CS de azeite. Quando pronto acrescente o arroz, vinho e 1/2 xíc de caldo de legumes. Mexa e acrescente o caldo de legumes aos poucos conforme o ponto de cozimento do arroz. Quando estiver al dente acrescente metade dos aspargos grelhados e picados. The people who generally follow through on a fat loss program and are able to see consistent results are those that are focused on the process and are less concerned by the outcomes.⁣ ⁣ Yes, Fat loss is their primary goal (or one of them) but there is an understanding that focusing - and in some cases, obsessing - over just the outcome is bound to be counterproductive.⁣ ⁣ Why?⁣ ⁣ Because the outcomes or goals to be achieved remain the same for different individuals, namely Fat Loss, Muscle gain, Leaner body etc. ⁣ ⁣ If setting a goal or outlining just the outcomes were necessary then everyone who ever set out with a goal to obtain a six-pack would have done so successfully. ⁣ ⁣ Your friend, your neighbour, your colleague, the celebrity that you follow or any of my clients I post about here didn’t achieve their magical body transformation simply because they had a goal; they did it because they focused on the processes that would help them get there.⁣ ⁣ This meant that they had a end goal in mind but never obsessed over it. ⁣ ⁣ They knew there would be many obstacles that would crop up that would make it hard to stay the course and they planned around it. ⁣ ⁣ And they knew that there was no place for impatience or short-cuts here. Even when they assumed they weren’t making any progress they kept at it - training regularly, eating mindfully and within the calorie and protein ranges set for them, and doing everything to ensure they’re set-up for success.⁣ ⁣ While I applaud you for wanting to lead a healthier life, if you’re consistently finding yourself dropping out of programs, trying every diet that is supposed to work and stressed over your unchanging health, then I would suggest you take a step back and consider your areas of focus.⁣ ⁣ Are you truly focusing on building up processes and systems that will help you succeed? TRAINING MINDSET by @kruckifitness - ✅ Follow @activearron for daily muscle building and fat loss advice -- When it comes to your training, you should always remember that YOU SHOULD ENJOY IT! You shouldn't feel like you have to suffer each and every workout, and do a routine you hate in order to get results. Working out should be something you look forward too, not something you despise. It should be something you enjoy, and not something you hate to think about. Having this type of mindset in your training will be very beneficial in the long run. If you are doing a routine you enjoy, you'll be more likely to stick to it consistently over time, and you'll get good results. If you are constantly doing a routine you hate, and can't stick to, you'll keep spinning your wheels (hence the picture on the left), and you won't get anywhere. - I remember early on when I first started training, I was doing a routine that was really difficult and I hated, but I thought that was the only way to get results. I did that routine for 2 weeks, realized I couldn't keep up, and gave up on it, only to repeat the process 3 more times with routines I didn't enjoy and couldn't stick to, and this caused me to stall for months. - So all in all, just do a routine you love. Since there are too many types of Ekiben, it was so hard to find it so I had to ask if they have vegan ekiben, and thankfully there is one! So cute, isn’t it? MON-FRI WORKOUT SPLIT by @grantgirsky ⠀ Hate working out on the weekends? Or does getting your workouts in on the weekdays best fit your schedule? ⠀ Regardless, I've got you covered when it comes putting together a Monday to Friday workout routine. ⠀ Before we jump into the workout on the right side (one of my favorites), I want to explain why the split on the left probably isn't the best option for you… ⠀ This is sadly one of the ‘typical’ routines that I see way too many people following…usually because they don’t have a plan, and gravitate towards their default favorites. ⠀ Of course, like the average ‘gym bro’, they NEVER miss a chest or arm workout, but find themselves neglecting other muscle groups (legs, back, shoulders, etc). ⠀ For many females, this can be waaaay too much lower body work (glute day anyone?) with very minimal upper body work. ⠀ If it isn’t obvious…this isn’t the best way to train. ⠀ Now for a better alternative, the split on the right side is great example for those that prefer to workout 5x per week. ⠀ In case anyone is confused: ⠀ ▪️Upper: All upper body muscles. ▪️Lower: All lower body muscles (aka legs) ▪️Push: Chest, shoulders, triceps ▪️Pull: Back & biceps ▪️Legs: Your legs 😂 ▪️Abs: *Can be included in any day. ⠀ Remember, this is just an example of a routine someone can follow if they prefer to & can adhere to working out 5 days per week. ⠀ If you are newer to lifting weights, a 5-day routine is probably going to be more than you initially need. ⠀ With that said, if you are more likely to stick to a 2, 3, or 4-day program, that is absolutely fine as well…everyone is different. Factors like schedule availability, preferences, training age, etc. all play a role in deciding what type of program & how many days per week is best for you. ⠀ One thing I do want to make clear… ⠀ There are so many different ways to successfully organize & create a training split… ⠀ Too many individuals are so busy chasing "the best plan", that they end up missing out on the big picture variables (enjoyment & adherence) that really are the difference makers. ⠀ Tag a friend that needs to see this! ⠀ Comment below if you have any questions! 👇

Laviamo e tagliamo i finocchi e il porro e versiamoli in una pentola con acqua che appena deve coprirli (anche un dito sotto va bene). A metà cottura circa saliamo e pepiamo.
