Pre Vacation (LEFT) vs Post Vacation (RIGHT) - EXACT SAME WEIGHT! - - For yearssss I didn’t go on vacation because I was too anxious to stop tracking macros, and convinced myself I would ruin all my progress if I did. Well let me tell you that is FAR from the truth! Im living proof that you can maintain your weight on vacation: ✔️WITHOUT TRACKING MACROS ✔️STILL EATING DESERT & ✔️STILL DRINKING ALCOHOL 😱😱😱 Yes it’s possible! And heres how I did it.... ◽️Instead of eating my usual 6 meals per day I did 3 meals per day. ◽️I made smart choices - pretty much stuck to the basics - eggs, chicken, steak, rice, veggies, potatoes, oats, fruit. And focused on getting a large serving of protein in at each meal, as well as carbs. I knew most of the food was cooked with oil so there was no need for me to add additional fats. ◽️I worked out 5/6 days. ◽️Drank plenty of water! ◽️I brought protein bars, and protein powder for if I was hungry between meals. ◽️When I ate desert I made sure it was something I reallllly wanted and made an effort to eat lower carbs at that meal. ◽️I didnt really drink at all during the day. I’d have a couple drinks at night but I didn’t go overboard. ◻️BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY I STICK TO A MAINTAINABLE DIET YEAR ROUND AND WORKED MY CALORIES to 3,000 a day! So therefore it’s is pretty easy to not go over that on vacation as long as your being mindful and still making smart choices. 🤓This is why I am vehemently against crash diets, cutting out whole food groups, and doing hours of cardio a day...BECAUSE ITS NOT MAINTAINABLE!! Wouldnt you rather eat more food, look BETTER, and be able to maintain your weight on vacations instead of rebounding 10+ pounds because you couldnt “stick to your diet” on vacay?? 🤔 I PROMISE YOU ITS NOT TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!
