My own self sabotage is what has stopped me from doing the things I love the most. Fear, lack of routines, poor time management- the list goes on and on. Facts- when I eat well, drink my water, and move my body I feel amazing. I have spent years chasing the "quick fix". I dedicated my mast 3 miles today to my dear friend, @mrsfisherleow. She has been battling some serious health issues and is a true inspiration to me on STRENGTH and POSITIVITY. First I want to say: I got to wear my new leggings, from Pink Friday, today. The husband actually got me a real present himself!! They are amazing!! Whisked the sweat away super fast, and never got “sweaty butt” from the bike seat. December 5, got my 25 sumo squats done. Did day 4 of fitmas, but only 1 round, ain’t gunna lie it was hard, day 5 of fitmas, did 20 bridges as part of my warmup. I’ll do more through out the day with extra weight from my son I’m sure. Did 31min on the bike, which was insane, because I’m still coughing a bit. And 90% was uphill so I was standing.
