Today I was able to actually push myself on bench for the first time in a while. This shoulder impingement has been a pain in my you know what because of the nagging pain of it not letting me not get quality sets in. Had 4x8 with 210 and let’s just say it wasn’t my best but i was able to do it with slight pain. Call it a comeback. Once this finally heals, expect some PRs in the coming weeks!!! Bodyweight is in the 149.6. We eatinnnn😤😤😤😤!!! Oh yeah, forgot to mention that you guys have to try @alphatheorysupps Peach Mango Pre-workout.
