Lay on your back with knees at 90dregs.⠀⠀⠀ 2. Keep the working leg down, heel in line with hip, toes lifted off the floor.⠀⠀ 3. Pull opposite knee and hip into flexion (you can place a towel or bottle between your hip crease to generate tension and maintain position).⠀⠀ 4. Keep both ankles in dorsiflexion for better glute engagement as you raise your hips into extension.⠀ ⠀ Figure 4 bridge (@andrewlockphysio thanks for this one)⠀ 1. 🇳🇵 10 THINGS I LOVE ABOUT NEPAL #9. TIBETAN CULTURE & COMMUNITY During the invasion of the Chinese into Tibet, many Tibetans including the 14th Dalai Lama fled to Nepal and India. Tibetan culture and influence is clear and can be seen almost everywhere in Nepal.. arts, craft, people.. most memorable from what I’ve seen and experienced is the Bouddhanath, Tarshiling Tibetan Refugee Village (one of the many in Nepal) and a little Tibetan street in Pokhara where I met a cute little boy who I felt great affinity with. These are in the photos shared here. This coming Nov, although I won’t be going to Pokhara, I am looking forward to spending some time again at Bouddhanath Stupa. . .
