<<< Come capire quando ,come e dove scaricare >>> Partiamo dal presupposto che una programmazione possa prevedere uno scarico oppure , ci sia uno schema fisso ed in base a questo,la persona percepisce l’andamento su se stesso e,dopo X Settimane , in base ai feedback capisca di dover scaricare . Sono entrambi metodi giusti per impostare uno scarico ? Si ! Sono validi entrambi per tutti ? No! Mi spiego : Preferisco la prima opzione per chi non sa percepirsi o nel caso di una programmazione che prevede progressioni sulle variabili , accumulo , ecc . Calcolato il lavoro da fare sul programma , l’intensità che arriverà con il tempo , il volume , la densità ecc , si cercherà di arrivare quasi al picco max ,per poi scaricare sotto l’aspetto anche dello stimolo ( volume a scapito di intensità o densità o frequenza ) . Impostando uno scarico semplicemente su un cambio di stimolo . Nel l caso invece di schema fisso , le variabili che andranno ad aumentere saranno Volume , Oppure Intensità ( EFFORT ) o INTENSITÀ DI CARICO , Densità’ o Frequenza o anche più di una . Cosa e come fare ? Nel mio caso , come mi sto comportando avendo due Programmi diversi (3xweek PL ed ausiliari ad intensità di carico + 2x week Bodybuilding 1 Upper e 1 Lower ad intensità percepita EFFORT e/o VOLUME O DENSITÀ) per in totale 5x week . Avendo percepito QUALCHE FASTIDIO ALL’ANCA E ALLE GINOCCHIA ho scelto di scaricare , ma come ? Abbassando volontariamente l’intensità di carico nelle sedute PL/Ausiliari aumentando il volume totale. Nello kneeling squat da 6x4 a 100kg a 5x6/6/8/6/6 con 90 kg : lavoro veloce , pulito ,tecnico e stimolo diverso . Good morning to box squat da 6x4 con 90kg a 6x6/6/4/4/4 con 80kg , intensità di carico minore ma leggermente più volume . Anche qui semplicemente stimolo diverso . Stanchezza ? Zero ! Dolori in settimana in regressione . Ecco che per scaricare , ci sono moltissimi modi :bisogna capire come impostarlo e su chi lo stiamo impostando .Perché quello che può sembrare tanto semplice ,se impostato male può risultare a volte TROPPO POCO , oppure DEALLENANTE #bodyrecomposition #legs #legday #bodyunderconstruction #fitness #Tapering #effort #bodybuilding

My current flexed shape. Today marks 5 wks post show. My purpose of posting this pic is to talk about Reverse dieting after a show that many don’t talk about. This is my first time after 5 shows that I have properly reverse dieted and I’m actually still in that phase. We as competitors spend months slowly cutting calories and reverse dieting is simply slowly adding your calories back in. Simple right? No! Do you really have to reverse diet? I’ve gained back 10lbs so far and will most likely lose a bit as I increase workouts. In the past when not on this diet I had gained almost 25lbs in 2 wks! 😳 Rookie mistakes 😩 I don’t like that feeling of having swollen feet/ankles and bloated midsection that takes quite some time to go away. I wasn’t going to post this, but I sure am proud of my progress. I came such a long way, and worked so hard and consistent to be where I am today. The photo on the left was taken at one of the lowest points of my life. I had suffered a miscarriage and drowned my sorrow in food. Then I stayed home full time and dealt with losing my identity. My coach Kiley saved me from my miserable self. Thank you @her.royal.buffness for being there every step of the way to make sure I succeed, thrive and flourish!
