This flow is about breaking through in various directions and while it was born of a challenge with rules, is a manifestation of creative expression. Empower. I challenge you dial in and refine your fundamentals and structure. As a new student you will need these in place to build and progress. As a coach you need to master these in your own practice so you understand what you train in others more deeply. I empower in you all, a deeper understanding. Flow. Flow exists whenever and wherever you put your mind to it. Flow is freedom but can exist within a framework. Even with fundamentals and only a few movements, an amazing flowstate can be achieved. Self-doubt: the lack of confidence in one self and one's ability (a b****). . . I remember starting my workout and having to stop and ask myself if this was really necessary. That I could find other ways to take care of me, to be happier and to feel content. Thr only problem with that is that I actually did try to do other things and it wasn't cutting it for me. Yes, I lacked a whole lotta confidence . . I am going to be honest because that is who I am. I cried thru so many workouts thinking that I was not cut out for it. And that it WAS just easier to QUIT! Then I remembered all the FEELS 😑😟🤯😨🤪🤬🥵🥴🤧🤮 and I pushed myself harder because my drive to becoming healthier for me and being a good example to the littles in my life was a whole lot STRONGER than QUITTING. . . Trust me, I still struggle to get up in the mornings and push play. But I get up and do it because it's that feeling of accomplishment, strength and knowing your capable. Now I don't get to friday and think OMG YEEEES rest day. Eeeer NOOOOOO you keep at it. Taking care of you is not a Monday thru Friday it's 24/7. . . If there is a will, there is a way. •• •• Hell no I didn’t want to start waking up at the butt crack of down to workout in the beginning. Heck, I never did more than what I had to do as far as moving my body! IT WAS HARD TO BEGIN. But, anything new usually is hard! •• •• I was worn out, eating like poo and down on myself. I did not have time to tell about one more of my adventures in China. Adventure is most common... After a long time without training and competition experience, I ended up on the podium with a 3d place on the left and right hand of the China Open tournament. How did this happen? I don’t know, but after much thought and doubt, fighting or not, I got a magic foam with the words: “Fight because we’re already tired of hearing doubts!” 😄 It turned out that it’s still useful for the referee sometimes to stand at the table as an athlete, you rethink a lot and understand that the high-quality referring is very important for the athlete, I got a new experience and I’ll definitely be only better💙💛 Я не успела рассказать о еще одном моем приключении в Китае. Авантюризм привыше всего. Спустя длительного времени без тренировок и опыта соревнований, я оказалась на пьедестале с результатом 3 на левой и на правой руке турнира China Open. Как это произошло?
