V životě to chce využít každou chvilku! Sobotní Winter Skyrace na Ještědu byl tím zážitkem, pro který stojí za to udělat místo v paměti i přes tu zimu, mlhu a bolest. Každý z těch 21 km byl jiný... sníh, kameny, štěrk, břečka, kořeny, hlína, jen málo po rovině, hodně nahoru a stejně tak i dolů! K tomu hromada fajn lidí, kteří si taky přijeli užít ten náš kopec do sytosti! No a aby člověk neplýtval časem, tak ještě než se svaly na břiše vzpamatovaly, dostaly výztuhu. Doufám, že jim zvládnu pomoct dát se brzo do kupy. It's not possible for them to look like men unless they're on steroids. Period.⁣ ⁣ - People who say Protein powders are bad have no knowledge what it is. Protein powders won't damage your kidneys. If you have an EXISTING kidney problem, you should consult your doctor once.⁣ ⁣ - Weight training doesn't block your height. There is no research that says so. Anyone who says you this has no knowledge. ⁣ ⁣ - Deadlift won't make your waist big, lol. Deadlift is the king of all exercises. ⁣ ⁣ - You cannot target your fat burn. *HOW TO GAIN MUSCLE* ⁣ Mr.Y is back with some science to share. ⁣ Common question on the gym floor for skinny guys and girls.⁣ ⁣ - Start with eating in a moderate caloric surplus depending on your requirements.⁣ ⁣ - Eat protein depending on your intensity. Anywhere between 0.8 - 2.0g.⁣ ⁣ - Doing weight training, adding compound movements and progressively overloading by time on it.⁣ ⁣ - Sleeping is very important for recovery, if your diet and workout is on point but you're not sleeping enough, you would barely see results. ⁣ ⁣ - Lastly,being patient is all you need to gain some muscle.⁣ ⁣ *HOW NOT TO GAIN MUSCLE* ⁣ ⁣ - People follow extreme caloric surplus of +800 to even more than +1000. You don't need so much.⁣ ⁣ - Eating very less protein won't build muscles. ⁣ ⁣ - Doing no weight training. Doing moderate but not progressively overloading with it.⁣ ⁣ - Not sleeping enough. All of the carries! Learning to love all variations of carries. I've always valued carries in my own training and used them regularly with clients for the last 20 years, but I haven't really prioritized them until now. If you aren't doing a carry variation at least 1x a week with moderate weights I highly recommend them. *WEIGHT GAIN VS MUSCLE GAIN* ⁣ ⁣ One of the most important thing for people like me who had / have a hard time gaining muscle. ⁣ ⁣ You have to eat in your caloric limits to GAIN MUSCLE.⁣ ⁣ If you eat beyond and beyond your caloric limits, you will gain fat. ⁣ ⁣ Eating is not enough, you also have to do weight training because then your body will have no reason to grow if you don't put resistance on it.⁣ ⁣ There are many risks with higher body fat. Heart problems, breathing problems etc are one of them.⁣ Obese people should focus on lowering their body fat first. ⁣ These are only the basic difference between both. ⁣ ⁣ Being patient is the key here.
