What are your plans this week? I’m literally running into this week with energy, enthusiasm and shear excitement to train again 🙌🙌🙌 . Last week was a write off as I fell ill, couldn’t train and wasn’t eating but, managed to get back on track and cannot wait to get back into my training regime again. I’m not stressing about it and using the rest as good recovery for my body. It’s like going of plan on a diet and thinking it’s all over........IT’S NOT, just get straight back on it and stay positive, consistent and motivated. I’m planning lots of good food, high protein, high carbs and I’ll be back to lifting heavy 💪 and feeling good in no time🤗 . Let’s not complicate things with a training regime that is all over the place. Keep it simple and consistent. It’s back day and only back day, lift what you feel strong enough to lift at the time. Each day you’re body will feel different depending on what you have put it through already and how well fueled and hydrated you are. So workout how you are feeling, listen to your body and push yourself as much as you can dependent on how well your body is responding. So do any other fellow gym goers get asked these questions? . Do you have to go to the gym all the time? Can’t you just take a day off? And WOW when I say I train 5 times a week. . Yes I can certainly take a day off whenever I like as it’s my choice to train, it’s not a chore. I have a 5 day a week training regime that works perfectly for me. I am dedicated to my training and in order for me to stay in the shape I want, I am committed and consistent in what I do #DCC 🤗 . I understand it’s not for everyone but it is for me.
